    We do not offer returns, but will exchange an item if it is defective or damaged.

    Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with photos of the item to adrianrhale@gmail.com

    Shipping
    You will receive details for returns in the reply email after contacting Adrian Hale.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    International Orders

    International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to ARH Revelry  LLC nor are they set by Adrian R. Hale. Import fees, duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. ARH Revelry LLC is not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

    Lost, Unclaimed, and Undeliverable Packages

    We do not refund for lost packages. Please consider adding insurance to your package.

    We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is your responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier or make an insurance claim.
